We came together a few weeks ago to accomplish a single goal, and that goal has served to keep us all together as we have each contributed our skills to the development of Finall. It has not been easy but working together has been insightful, fun, and indeed a great journey. Like the previous weeks, Week 4 dropped unique tasks before us. Despite the challenges, we continued because the goal must be achieved.

During this week, the Digital marketing and content creation team while maintaining the social media awareness creation, completed the 4-week end-to-end marketing plan for Finall getting the entire team ready for launch, and prepared sales copies for our website. The team also sent an email to prospective customers and subscribers informing them of the forthcoming launch.

The Frontend team achieved 50% of the landing page, while the CRM team has been maintaining quality communication with our prospects and Leads to ensure there is no gap left unfilled.

The Quality Assurance team, on the other hand, has been keeping up with the test cases to ensure all strategies adopted meet international standards. They did this by creating test cases for the sign-up and login screens; and ran an API test on the admin.

The Data analyst completed connections to the Endpoints, and the report dashboard, whereas the Product Management team has been maintaining the daily stand-up meetings to ensure we are still on track and there is no lag on any task.

The Backend and Microsoft teams are not idle either, they have been working on their area of specialization for a great project Finall. You now understand how crucial teamwork is to the development of a brand. These teams have been utilizing relevant technologies to ease their work process; and they have been working day and night, on weekdays and weekends to ensure project Finall is a success.

Indeed, the teams deserve some accolades. These smart and diligent people never forget what Phil Jackson said: “the strength of the team is each member. The strength of each member is the team.” We support one another, and as a team, we advance. We urge you to follow along with us on this trip as we get back to work this new week.
